Is heat required for Frizz Block™? Will I get better results with higher heat?

Yes. The technology in this product is most efficacious when heat activated. There are other ingredients in the formula that will provide some frizz-reducing benefits, but our studies for 72 hours of frizz block are with heat. While there is heat protection up to 450 degrees, higher heat will not increase the efficacy of the products.
