My Curl-Defining Whip won't dispense, and the can isn't empty. How can I fix it?

Unfortunately, a handful of customers have reached out with the same issue, so we sent their defective Curl-Defining Whips back to our packaging vendor for investigation. In every instance, they discovered the bottle was not shaken enough.

How do they know? The aerosol propellant sits on top of the Whip formula. If it's not fully mixed, it escapes first, leaving you with some product that won't evacuate after a couple of uses.

To avoid this issue in the future, please be sure to shake vigorously and turn the can fully upside down to dispense.
