Do I have to place my back bar rewards on its own order?
No, you are able to place one order for everything. Points can be combined with promo codes and other payment methods when necessary.
How do I spend my rewards points?
If you have rewards points available, you'll see "Apply Rewards" in checkout in the order summary section below "Apply Discount Code." You can choose how many points you want to apply to the order.
I didn’t receive my rewards points. What should I do?
Accounts must be current to earn and redeem rewards. If you have an outstanding balance, points will be forfeited. If you believe you did not receive points in error, please reach out to your account manager or contact Customer Care at customercare@virtuelabs.com or 844-782-4247.
