If you purchased your Virtue Product on www.virtuelabs.com and you are dissatisfied with your Virtue Product, you may return or exchange all, or a portion, of your Order within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at customercare@virtuelabs.com or by calling us at 844-782-4247 in order to receive a refund or to exchange product. We may require a receipt for the returned product prior to issuing a refund and will provide you with a return shipping label. We only issue one return label per order. For a second return for that order, you are responsible for your shipping charges.
Returns within 30 days are free in the U.S. only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping charges for returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other international locations are the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund your original method of payment for the portion of the order you are returning, based on the guidelines below, plus the portion of the sales tax associated with that return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your original payment method is not available for a refund, we will issue a site credit for the refund amount. Site credits require an account on www.virtuelabs.com.
If you have issues with defective packaging for a product purchased on www.virtuelabs.com, please let us know! We will offer a one-time replacement within 60 days of purchase.
Once you have placed an order on www.virtuelabs.com, we are unable to cancel it. You may request a return within 30 days of your order date.
Gift cards for www.virtuelabs.com are not returnable.
Products purchased during a BOGO (Buy One Get One Free), or other similar free product offer, are handled similarly to bundles. In this case, the BOGO offer applies to the lowest-priced item in the bundle, making it free. If a return is necessary, each item in the bundle has a new, equal value based on the order total for all the bundled items, where the same % off discount is applied to each item individually. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will refund that discounted value of the returned item to your original method of payment.
If you purchased Virtue products from another website, retailer, or salon, please reach out to your original point of purchase to request a return, exchange or replacement. We are unable to accept returns for purchases made outside of virtuelabs.com.
